I CONTRIBUTED TO both the first and second editions of Advanced Visual Basic, published by Microsoft Press.  I wrote one chapter and an appendix, and contributed various other bits and pieces. I also produced a six-minute promotional video for the CD-ROM that accompanies the book, and I did the artwork on all the author photographs on the Second Edition (but not the horrible 'Buck Rogers' frames!) I was supposed to get an art credit on that book, but somebody screwed up. It's possible I have the credit on the second or third print run, so if your copy mentions me on page 882, please let me know!

Advanced Visual Basic 5 is only the eighth book ever to be included on the MSDN Library CD.
